We envision being the leading technical and vocational training institute propelling Africa’s industrial development. We are on a mission to empower artisans by continuously providing high quality, demand-driven, competency-based and practice-oriented training of global excellence, as well as the 21st-century business skills required to transform the African continent.
Qualification, Skills And Experience
To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration or related courses - All round superstar committed to growth and results
- Candidates are expected to have excellent Communication skills (both written and oral)
- Candidates must have great Problem Solving skills
- Having good leadership and management Skills will be appreciated
- Applicants must be able to work under pressure as well as know how to manage overwhelming pressures that come with the job
- Having great Teamwork skills will be an additional advantage
- You should be Creative and innovative
