We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Business Development specialist to extend our global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to hit the ground running using their extensive contact list from years of business development work. Our ideal candidates will also take the lead within the role, use initiative, and help Remoteli in supporting exciting and ambitious businesses who may need tens or even hundreds of new employees to join their organisations.

Highly skilled at B2B sales with a proven track record of hitting targets and a drive to support with business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Objectives of this Role

  • Use personal existing contacts to instantly create new business opportunities
  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create fresh business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop sales strategies and positions by analysing new venture integration
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
  • Track performance and report metrics

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Win new business
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • Manage proposal response process
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices and contract terms for proactive bids and proposals
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

Qualification, Skills And Experience

  • Successful track record in B2B sales, negotiation and closing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Working experience with sales techniques and lead generation
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM and lead generation software’s

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary (£45,000 – £50,000 OTE)
