CROP DOCTOR deals with the sale and distribution of its own agrochemical products as well as products for external companies. The sales officer will facilitate the sale and distribution of Crop Doctor Inputs (Chemicals, fertilizers, sprayers etc.) build and maintain a client portfolio as well as foster good healthy client relationship. S/he would report to the Zonal Sales Manager for CROP DOCTOR in Ghana. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ role related experience preferably sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily sales targets are met including target per location and per product
- Coordinate sales activities within assigned area – Provide after sales support to customers
- Improve customer satisfaction on service delivery
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance in assigned area
