MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commercial Activities
- Build a portfolio by
- proposing the Advans Ghana services to existing Advans clients
- prospecting potential clients at their business places and following up through regular contact with prospects
- Participate in the promotion of Advans Ghana products and services by informing prospective clients as well
- Provide information to prospective clients at the branch
- Identify clients’ needs and propose new products/services to management
2. Susu Collection Activities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, organizing a daily collection schedule with clients assigned to him/her
- Collect clients’ deposits, and to make transfers to clients’ Advans account, using POS
- Encourage clients to make deposits and transfers to their Advans account
- Remind clients of upcoming loan instalments and propose a transfer to their Advans account at the appropriate time
- Liaise with Client Relationship Officers on managing loan repayment for clients who are in arrears on their loan
- Request and perform the monthly transfer of the fee to clients’ account, and to monitor the timely payment of the monthly fee
- Monitor clients’ deposits in order to provide appropriate advice and to ensure they comply with minimum deposit requirements
3. Organization and Control
- Cash counts and controls: to ensure and control the conformity of POS transactions with collected cash and monitoring tools
- Ensure compliance of all operations performed with Advans policies and procedures
- Analyse his/her client portfolio with operational reports
- Share information and best practices with Other officers
- Report all the issues related to the job to the Back Officer Supervisor
4. Organization and Administrative Task
- Update client data in the MIS and in client files
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL LEVEL
- At least Snr. High School /Senior Secondary School
SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIRED
- Mfinance
- Orbit
- Customer service
- Sales and client acquisition
- CRM
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (WORK FIELD AND NUMBER OF YEARS)
Practical knowledge of micro/small businesses and market environment is an advantage
