1 . HR Assistant
The HR Assistant’s overall responsibility is to provide the necessary support to the HR Manager in certain aspects of the Human Resource Management within CARE International in Ghana. His/her key role is to manage all staff data including information and other staff personal document. This position maintains a high degree of confidentiality and a strong customer service focus. Using his/her knowledge, the incumbent will deal with customers with maturity, tact and diplomacy. The HR Assistant will provide a backup for the HR Coordinator in her absence. This position will be based in Accra.
2. MEDIA PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR (REMOTE)
This is a new position that will serve as a liaison between the development and marketing teams as we work closely with media partners to engage consumers in the fight to reduce global poverty, with a focus on women and girls. The account coordinator will provide best-in-class partner relations services for CARE’s media partners cultivating strategic opportunities to expand those relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to manage expectations for both media partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the goals of each are met.
