Job Description:
- Receiving machinery for repair, assessing the problem, and resolving it
- Conducting regular inspections and ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of cleaning machinery like pressure washers, Scrubber driers, Sweepers, Vacuum Cleaners…
- Keeping track of all maintenance and servicing actions on a daily basis
- Synchronizing work processes with other technicians
- Dividing the job orders on the staff, and results are followed upon.
- Previous experience and working knowledge with cleaning machinery, power tools, and electronics…
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time
- All maintenance and repair work should be followed up on.
- Able to plan spare parts needs and orders for maintenance jobs.
Maintenance-Workshop Supervisor Requirments:
- 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- The Ability to effectively manage time and lead a team of subordinates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Quick learner
- Good understanding and assessment of service manuals.
