Advans Ghana Savings & Loans is in search of qualified and experienced persons to take on the following positions.
1. Agric Project Supervisor
- Be responsible for driving the implementation of the project activities and the development of new partnerships within the agricultural value chains in the Northern Sector. The successful candidate will be stationed in the Tamale Branch of Advans Ghana Savings and Loans.
- Conduct Market studies in the Northern Regions for potential partnerships and prepare market study reports.
- Make recommendations for business case and product design based on findings of market studies.
- Ensure that goals, KPIs and covenants set for the partnership are clearly communicated and understood by both internal and external teams
2. Head, Digital Banking and Innovation
- Be Responsible for the development and the improvements of all Alternative Delivery Channels, asides the branch network: Mobile App.; USSD; Ecommerce; Debit / Credit Card; Agency Banking, WhatsApp, etc…
- Manage a Team of Product Managers and / or Project Managers in charge of the management of the existing and innovative channels
- Ensure adoption of the Channels by Clients and by Staff via Internal & external communication campaigns and via comprehensive trainings with the support of dedicated departments (Communication and Human Resources)
