- Implements the activities in districts under his/her region in close collaboration with the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) Supports partners in organising activities and facilitating training in the districts.
- Ensure that the implemented activities are in line with the GIZ quality standards.
- Contributes to the programme’s short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as well as contribute to the programmes Monitoring, reporting and knowledge management.

2. Technical Advisor (Sustainable Cocoa Initiative Program )
- Assist and monitor the development and implementation of program plans and activities in close consultation with counterparts.
- Contribute to preparing and implementing the coordination process, joint program activities, and work at the regional level.
- Responsible for the design, preparation, and implementation of workshops, seminars, and other events on issues connected with the program’s area of activity.

- Support to the technical and business development of the private e-waste recycling sector, needs assessment, gap analysis, interface management of formal and informal e-waste recyclers, technical solutions and brokering funds
- Technical and business support to the repair sector, support to the umbrella organization, initiate stakeholder dialogues

6 . Technical Advisor (FAIR Forward – Artificial Intelligence for All)
- Manage the development and implementation of project initiatives including setting up and steering of innovative pilots on AI, e.g. on “Access to Training Data and AI Technologies for Local Innovation” to boost AI’s role in supporting sustainable agriculture, energy and in combatting climate change.
- Cooperate with stakeholders on AI, mainly government institutions, the private sector, and civil society organizations in Ghana including high-level negotiations with international and national institutions and comanagement of joint initiatives.
