Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an electronic system
- Scanning, photocopying and storing digital document
- Indexing, tracking and setting up easy retrieval systems of documents
- Authenticate and appraise historical documents and archival materials
- Ensure document security in archiving
- Create and maintain accessible, retrievable computer archives and databases
- Organize archival records and develop classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials
- Neatly arrange and organize original and rare documents and manuscripts
- Maintain and manage log books and records of staff visitors and the archival documents they accessed

- Higher National Diploma
- Knowledge of archiving principles
- Record conservation skills
