1. Collection Officer
Qualification, Skills And Experience
To be successful for this position, candidates must have the requirements below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
Business Management, or a similar field. - Two (2) years of experience in
working as a Collection Officer - Prepare customer payment records
- Respond to customer queries.
- Prevent repeated payment
negligence by working out practical
debt payments - Review the company debtor list.

2. Customer Support
Qualification, Skills And Experience
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or relevant field
- Experience in previous Call Center Agent role will be added advantage
- Great command over Englis
- Excellent communication skills

- Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
