1. Collection Officer

Qualification, Skills And Experience

To be successful for this position, candidates must have the requirements below:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
    Business Management, or a similar field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in
    working as a Collection Officer
  • Prepare customer payment records
  •  Respond to customer queries.
  • Prevent repeated payment
    negligence by working out practical
    debt payments
  • Review the company debtor list.

2. Customer Support

Qualification, Skills And Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or relevant field
  • Experience in previous Call Center Agent role will be added advantage
  • Great command over Englis
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
