KPMG on behalf of a client, an industrial manufacturing company is seeking to recruit talented high flyers and accomplished Professionals/Executives to assume the following listed positions:
• Reporting to the to the Board of Directors and administratively to the CEO, the role holder will be responsible for providing critical governance and administrative support and related duties for the benefit of the Company’s Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in a manner that adds value to the organization’s competitive operations to enable it to achieve its vision
• Therefore, The role holder will also provide legal advice and manage the legal function of the Company in compliance with the relevant laws of Ghana towards the attainment of the Company’s business objectives.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the role holder will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of HR Strategies, Systems, Policies/Procedures as well as providing guidance, and support in the administration of HR functions in a manner that creates harmonious/good working environment to attract, develop, motivate and retain the right caliber of talents to perform optimally towards the attainment of the Company’s business objectives.
Reporting to the CEO, the role holder will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the Company’s logistics function (ie., manage the cost effective and sustainable flow of raw materials, spare parts/supplies and services from their source.
• The role holder will be required to work closely with all key stakeholders (both internal and external) to optimize the Company’s supply chain in a manner that assures the timely acquisition of goods, services and works in a cost-effective manner in line with approved policies/procedure
